Watsonia Pavilion
The Watsonia Pavilion is the brick buiding in Cross Flatts Park near the Bowling Greens. It is used by many groups in the area including the Friends of Cross Flatts Park, Beeston In Bloom and Beeston Festival amongst others.
The building comprises:
- A large meeting room
- Kitchen
- Toilets
- Store
Tiger11 has agreed in principle to take a lease on the building. We aim to encourage greater usage by community groups and also to open a community cafe to serve people using the park. We will also work with the Friends of Cross Flatts Park to explore opportunities to extend the building, possibly as part of an outdoor performance area.
The building is currently available to hire via the Council's South East Area Management Team 0113 395 1305.
